SUMMARY

Thirty Three Group was engaged by Irvine Company to perform a complete study of all existing F&B at Fashion Island, assess categorical performance, and identify absent genres of food to bolster future tenancy. We worked alongside Irvine Company’s tenant coordination and construction team to re-evaluate retail space for conversion into F&B and demise current restaurant space for future tenancy.
